Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP ‘Tokyo’ – Late Release

0

On August 7th, 2020 the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP ‘Tokyo’ was granted a re-release nearly 20 years after its initial release. The first release on January 1, 2001 was limited to only 2,001 pairs and featured limited-edition packaging. It was also only released in Japan, hence the ‘Tokyo’ nickname.

The second release did not feature the same limited-edition packaging but that didn’t stop it from selling out within seconds on the SNKRS app. If you missed out on them the first time then this is the time to redeem yourself.

Ever since COVID came onto the scene, Nike has been experiencing logistical issues which have led to shipment delays on some hyped sneaker releases. The Air Jordan 1 Retro ‘Tokyo’ is the latest hyped sneaker release to not make it before the release date to some of its retailers.
