When I first saw the Nike ISPA Drifter Split ‘Spruce’ and ‘Iron Grey’, I hated them. Once I saw the split-toe design, I could not imagine ever wearing these. But the more I visited the SNKRS site, the more I started to like them.
They’re actually really cool workout sneakers. Both, Nike ISPA Drifter Split ‘Spruce’ and ‘Iron Grey’, feature a deconstructed upper and lightweight cushioning. This sneaker is obviously super light and responsive, perfect for runs or lifting weights.

Now you may be thinking that the split-toe design is a deal-breaker. But just let it sit for a second, really look at the sneaker. It’s kind of cool isn’t it? Even if you don’t like the split-toe design, it offers exceptional functionality. Your feet and toes still feel secured and protected but they enhance motion and agility for a more natural feel.
The cushioning also features reused Nike ZoomX foam so if you’re looking for an environmentally conscious sneaker then the Nike ISPA Drifter Split ‘Spruce’ and ‘Iron Grey’ are for you.
Toe Box Outsole
The ‘Spruce’ sneaker sports a white body and the ‘Iron Grey’ features a black body. Both of these colorways are neutral so they are really easy to build a good workout outfit with.
We are expecting both ‘Spruce’ and ‘Iron Grey’ to sell out within a few minutes but don’t expect a big profit in the resale market.
Both are set to release on September 1, 2020.
As of August 30, 2020, it appears as though SNKRS will be the only place to sell these sneakers but other retailers may announce soon.
